  • Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, ­­­­­­­­­­September 18, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA at the request of Nolan Acevedo for a Special Permit to allow a 1,014 square foot ground mounted solar energy installation in accordance with sections 8.9.4, and 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaws, located at ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­68 Old Stage Road (Map 51, Parcel 86), in the Agricultural Farming (AF4) District. The filing is available for review at Town Hall. In-person meeting details and remote meeting login information can be found at www.montague-ma.gov/calendar.
