Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA at the request of Nolan Acevedo for a Special Permit to allow a 1,014 square foot ground mounted solar energy installation in accordance with sections 8.9.4, and 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaws, located at 68 Old Stage Road (Map 51, Parcel 86), in the Agricultural Farming (AF4) District.
