The Town of Montague invites residents to participate in the second community workshop focused on exploring zoning amendments needed for potential redevelopment of the former Farren Care Center site, as well as, possible zoning changes to the surrounding neighborhoods along Rod Shop Road, Masonic Avenue, and Depot Street that promote adaptive reuse of historic buildings in which serve as gateway transitions from the existing residential areas to the potential redevelopment site.
