Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall Annex conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA to review a Special Permit Request from St. Stanislaus BM Society for a front setback reduction from the required 15 ft to 10 ft, in order to construct a walk-in refrigeration unit under Sections 5.5.1 and 5.5.3(b) and 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaws located at 6 K Street (Parcel: 04-0-0268), in the Neighborhood Business (NB) District.
