Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 13^th, 2026 VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA at the request of REV. STANLEY J. AKSAMIT who has filed an appeal of the enforcement order issued by the Montague Building Commissioner, under sections 3.2.4 of the Zoning Bylaws, located at 90 Seventh Street (Parcel 06-0-074), in the Neighborhood Business (NB) District.
