Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 3rd, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall Upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA to review a Special Permit Request from Richard Young for a minimum frontage reduction from the required 75 ft to 73.5 ft, under Sections 5.5.1 and 5.5.3(a) and 9.2 of the Zoning Bylaws located at 12 Franklin Street (Parcel: 29-0-031), in the Neighborhood Business (NB) District.
