Notice is hereby given that the Montague Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17^th 2026 at 6:30 p.m. VIA ZOOM and IN PERSON at the Montague Town Hall upstairs conference room, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA at the request of Lindsey Lively for side setback reductions from the required 10 ft to 4ft and 3ft, in order to construct a storage shed under Sections 5.5.2(b), 5.5.3(b) and 9.2, located at 194 Turnpike Rd (Parcel 22-0-09), in the RESIDENTIAL 1 (RS-1) District.
