REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS(RFP) TOWN OF MONTAGUE DESIGNER SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND PERMITTING OF ROADWAY FLOODING PROTECTION AT MONTAGUE CITY ROAD

The Town of Montague invites responses for designer services required for developing bid ready plans and specifications to address seasonal flooding at Montague City Road. Funding for this project is provided by the MA Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs Municipal Vulnerabilities Grant Program, and local funds. Design activities under this contract shall be completed by May 30 2019. The design fee is fixed at forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000.00).

The full RFP is available starting September 5 at Montague Town Hall- One Avenue A Turners Falls, MA or online at . The Town of Montague, awarding and contracting authority, reserves the right to reject any and all responses if it is deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.

An optional walk through and briefing will be held on September 24, 2018 at 10:00AM, meeting at the project site across from 222 Montague City Road.

Completed responses are to be received no later than 3:00 PM, October 3, 2018 at the Montague Selectboard Office- One Avenue A Turners Falls, MA 01376.
