INVITATION TO BID (REBID)

Unity Skatepark Lighting Project

The Town of Montague is accepting sealed bids for the purchase and installation of outdoor lighting at Unity Park in Turners Falls, MA. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “Unity Skate Park Lighting Project” and be delivered to the Selectboard Office, Montague Town Hall, One Avenue A, Turners Falls, Massachusetts 01376. This IFB is offered per M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M and work is subject to Prevailing Wage Requirements. Sealed Bids must be received by Wed. May 15, 2024 @ 1:00 PM, at which time all bid packages will be opened and read at the Town Hall Annex Meeting Room at the same address listed above. No exceptions or allowances will be made for late submittals. A bidders’ conference will be held on Wed. May 8, 2024 at 9:00 AM at Unity Park, 56 First St., Turners Falls, MA 01376. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. The IFB is available at https://www.montague-ma.gov/BIDS. Registration is required. Once registered, any addenda or notifications will automatically be sent to the email address of registrants on record. Written questions can be submitted to the Project Manager, Jon Dobosz, at recdir@montague-ma.gov until Friday, May 10 at 1:00 PM. Qualified proposers who are Minority/Women/Disabled Owned Business Enterprises (M/W/D/BE) businesses are encouraged to apply. Other qualified proposers are encouraged to partner with disadvantaged businesses. A listing of certified disadvantaged businesses can be found at http://www.mass.gov/sdo.
