Clarification
Good afternoon,
In response to a verbal question received, we would like to clarify that the chosen contractor will be responsible for removal of the concrete footings beneath the metal building, as well as the concrete slab beneath the wooden storage shed. Response to Question on Asphalt Repairs
The question was received via email: "Wondering if you are requiring asphalt repairs? The asphalt is not in great condition around the buildings and may become worse with the removal of the buildings. "
The Town is not requiring asphalt repairs as part of this project, as re-paving of the entire Town Hall parking lot is scheduled to happen as a separate project in Summer 2025 after the demolition of these two buildings takes place.
