The Montague Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (“EDIC”), acting through the Town of Montague (“Town”), seeks an experienced, highly qualified developer for 38 Avenue A. The selected developer will be responsible for the planning, permitting/approval process, financing, and development of a prime 1/3 acre site in in a manner that is consistent with the Downtown Livability Plan. Property is identified as Assessors Map 4 Lot 41 and is owned by the EDIC. Requests for proposals may be obtained online https://www.montague-ma.gov/BIDS. Responses shall be submitted to the Town no later than 2:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2019. The Town reserves the right to reject or accept any or all responses, in whole or in part. The Montague EDIC has final approval of all awarded contracts. Minority and women-owned business are encouraged to submit proposals.
