Bid Update

Dear Bidders,

The Town of Montague would like to thank you for your interest and participation in the Unity Park Playground Improvements project. After careful review of all bids, the Town has decided to exercise its right to reject all bids in accordance with the Invitation for Bids and Massachusetts public procurement law.

The Town intends to release a new solicitation with an amended project scope in the coming months. We encourage all interested firms to review the forthcoming solicitation and consider submitting a bid at that time.

Notice of Bid Cancellation

At this time, the Town has chosen to cancel the current Invitation for Bids for the “Unity Park Surfacing & Slide Project,” issued August 13, 2025, for the purpose of re-assessing the project scope. A modified version of this project will be released via a new Invitation for Bids at a future date.
