The Town of Montague, MA, in partnership with MHP (Massachusetts Housing Partnership), Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities and VHB, is exploring potential land uses and activities for the former Farren Care Center, a 7.3-acre site, located at 340 Montague City Road.
Planning Staff and VHB consultants will hold its second public meeting from 5:30-7:30pm on Wednesday, November 8th at the Great Falls Discovery Center, 2 Avenue A, Turners Falls, to review feedback provided by residents and other stakeholders, review market feasibility conditions, and discuss possible project opportunities.
