LEGAL NOTICE
CABLE LICENSE RENEWAL PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with the provisions of 207 CMR 3.05 and applicable federal and state laws, the Town of Montague Selectboard will hold a public hearing to review the terms of a proposed cable television renewal license agreement with Comcast of Massachusetts/Virginia Inc.
The Hearing will occur?Monday, July 21, 2025 at 7:00 PM. The hearing will be held remotely via Zoom. This hearing is open to the public. Residents, interested parties, and stakeholders are invited to attend and offer comments or questions concerning the cable license renewal. The Selectboard may, after opportunity for comment from the public, take final action on the Comcast renewal license, including possible approval of the renewal.
License renewal documents shall be available for inspection and copying at the Office of the Town Clerk. Zoom meeting information, including the link and access instructions, will be posted at least 48 hours in advance on the Town of Montague website: https://www.montague-ma.gov
