What's Happening: The Town of Montague, in partnership with the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (HLC) and Innes Land Strategies Group, Inc., is exploring zoning changes to parcels on Rod Shop Road, Masonic Avenue, Cabot Street, and Depot Street to promote the adaptive reuse of historic buildings that serve as gateway transitions from the existing residential areas to future redevelopment of the former Farren Hospital site; and is exploring design guidelines for these parcels and the former hospital site itself. At this meeting, residents will have the opportunity to review the draft zoning text, draft zoning map changes, and draft design guidelines; and to provide feedback to help shape these zoning amendments.
