Permits and inspections for building construction and/or renovation, electrical, plumbing and gas.

Please note that most permit applications contain multi-pages of information to be filled out. A permit for a new house requires two copies of detailed drawings and plans along with the application. In addition, most applications must include a plot plan drawing depicting the lot, structures or proposed structures on the lot and distances to the lot lines.
