FY19 Community Development Block Grant - Request for Proposals for Social Service Programs
The Town of Montague requests proposals for public social service programs that will meet the needs of Montague residents for inclusion in its FY2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) application. All proposed programs must address needs identified by the Town’s Community Development Strategy and the MA Department of Community Development.
The Town will accept and open all proposals received at (Montague Town Hall, 1 Avenue A, Turners Falls, MA on November 29, 2018 at 2:00 pm). Postmarks will not be considered. Proposals submitted by fax or email will not be considered. Five (5) copies of the proposal are required. The envelope containing the proposal shall be marked “TOWN OF MONTAGUE - FY2019 PUBLIC SOCIAL SERVICE PROPOSAL ".
